- BWI GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "BWI"), eleven framework contracts, each with a contractual partner, on the provision of delivery, support and maintenance of measurement technology for the sub-areas server, client and network emulation, line measurement, WLAN, 5G, performance monitoring andPackage data recording and parcel evaluation of approx. 13,711,740 € (net) (upper limit approx. € 20,567,610 (net)). This needs should be awarded by way of an open procedure according to § 15 VGV. The contracts are concluded with a maximum term of four yearsAnd divide into the following eleven looses:
