Description : 1. The Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) through GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 30,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design of the New DOST-SEI Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Consulting Services to undertake the Architectural and Engineering Design of the proposed SEI building. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before June 17, 2025, 3:00 PM at Science Education Institute, 1st and 2nd Levels Science Heritage Building DOST Complex Gen. Santos Ave. Bicutan Taguig City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
