- This framework agreement consists in providing food for food (excluding meals) of leisure centers (ADL) and local leisure receptions attached to the childhood and leisure management.
The framework agreement with maximum has enforced articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders.
The services are divided into 2 lots. Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are regulated by unit prices according to the stipulations of the act of engagement. The prices arerevised semi-annually by application to the prices of the framework agreement.
The maximum annual amount of periods of the framework agreement is: Lot 1: 50,000 Euro (s) HT; Lot 2: 40,000 Euro (s) Ht
