- 1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply and distribution of medium-pressure natural gas for cogeneration units and humidifiers at the Center for Non-Invasive Medicine, gas collection point ID No. PL0032059275 80-214 Gdańsk, ul. Smoluchowskiego 17 on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April1997 Energy Law and executive acts issued on its basis in the estimated amount specified in Appendix No. 3 to the ToR.the duration of the gas contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of gas does not entail any consequences for the Ordering Party (gas customer), except for the obligation to pay for the actual amount of gas taken and for transmission services in accordance with the applicable Opera
3 Tariff.the value of gas deliveries is PLN 1,000,000.00.
