The Contractor undertakes to refill cartridges with original toner according to its classification for each model of printer and copier during the entire period of service services without delays, with high quality, to carry out repairs, in case of failure of cartridge parts, replace them. The Contractor undertakes to pick up empty cartridges at the address Ekibastuz, st. Auezova 55/1 within 1 (one) working day after receipt of the application from customer. The customer's application is sent to the contractor in written or oral form (by phone specified by the customer). Deadline for refilling cartridges and returning them to the address Ekibastuz, st. Auezova 55/1 within 2 (two) working days, regardless of quantity cartridges of different models. After refilling the cartridges, put a service tag (date of refilling) and pack it in a bag.
