The territory of insurance is the territory of the execution by the employee of the policyholder of his labor(official) responsibilities. The term of insurance is within 12 months from the date of entry into force of insurance. Insurance cases: an accident in the performance of labor (official) duties (accident) that occurred with an employee (employees) in the performance of him (them) of labor (official)duties as a result of the influence of a harmful and (or) dangerous production factor, as a result of which production injury, sudden deterioration of health or poisoning of an employee, led him to establish the degree of loss of professional disability, professionalillness or death, under the circumstances provided for in Article 16-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Compulsory Insurance of Workers from the Unfortunate case, when using labor (official) duties". Insurance payments - the amount of money paid by the insurer to the beneficiarywithin the insurance amount when the insured event occurs
