This consultation aims to allocate a framework agreement intended for the support of the tenants of Grand Lyon Habitat within the framework of a situation of Incuuria, of Diogor preparing accommodation for insecticide treatment.
The above-mentioned services are subject to a single lot.
This contract constitutes:
-a multi-attribute framework agreement governed by articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the CODe of public procurement.
-This agreement frames the contractual stipulations in a firm manner and will be executed as needed by the emission of orders according to the terms defined in this framework agreement.
