According to physico-chemical characteristics, citric acid should be conducive to the requirements and norms: 1. ExternalType Iztvet - colorless crystals or white powder of jerky. 2. Grace - sour, without an extraneous taste. 3. Zapas - the lack of smell. 4. Structure - bulk and dry, not sticky to the touch. 5. Mechanical impurities are unacceptable. The supplier is obliged to provide a "certificate of registration of chemical industryand a safety passport of chemical products.
