Description:
Lots: Services for the maintenance of climate (air conditioning) equipment and systems/ventilation systems and equipment - "AIR CONDITIONER MAINTENANCE The Supplier is obliged to provide maintenance of the air conditioner located at Customer Cleaning of units: Washing of filters, evaporator of the indoor unit and heat exchanger of the outdoor unit under pressure. Drainage: Clean and disinfect the drain pan and condensate system to prevent unpleasant odors and leaks. Diagnostics: Checking the operating pressure in the system, measuring the compressor current and air flow temperature. Refilling: Refilling with refrigerant (freon) when a leak is detected. The period for completing maintenance and repair work on equipment should not be exceed the period established by the contract.
