- BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, as a representation of the State of Berlin, would like to for all the properties in the administration (Silb, soda, rental assets, trust assets as well as due to all business contracts) in the entire Berlin urban area on 01.12.2025Bind a towing company for a period of 2 years as part of a concession award. The option for two extension is 12 months each, if the contract is not terminated 3 months before the expiry (30.11.2027). The maximum contract term is limited to 48 months.The towing company is intended to eliminate possession of possessions by illegally parked vehicles. The illegally parked vehicles mainly include approved vehicles such as cars, motorcycles and scooters. In addition, vehicle wrecks can also be affected. A possessionis available when a vehicle is parked on a property without the consent of the property owner. Areas on the property on which parking of vehicles is prohibited are shown with parking signs. Disprinted parking spaces can be used for individuals or vehiclesbe assigned by consultation and /or marking. Other vehicles that are parked on these parking areas are considered possessions. The towing company has a operational readiness of 365 days a year and 24 hours a day in the entire Berlin city area as well as oneto ensure at any time by telephone. In addition, it must ensure that the required services are carried out at any time and night time within a maximum of 120 minutes after the order is placed.
