The work includes, but is not limited to: Required excavation and backfilling, including soil management. Demolition and dismantling of the current underground electrical distribution system, including associated components and equipment such as (but not limited to), substations and transformers, load switches, automatic change-over switches, circuit breakers, pull boxes, j-boxes.
