- The order includes the factory repair of the steering of the TPz Fuchs system. When submitting the bid, the bidders must take into account that the information on the respective subject lots is only an estimate derived from past values and any additional costs that may ariseneeds included. The actual orders placed during the term of the contract may deviate with regard to the required quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a compartment lot. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total in the relevant subject lottotal amount. An obligation of the client to place individual orders is not established by this contract. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on December 31, 2025. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr, regardless of the legal reasonsdet, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to an optional extension of the framework agreement until December 31, 2026.
