- The order includes factory repair services on wishbones of the GTK Boxer system. During the execution of the order, the contractor must take into account that the information on the respective specialist lots is only an estimate derived from past values and a givencontain all occurring additional requirements. The actual orders placed during the term of the contract may deviate with regard to the required quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a compartment lot and the compartment lot as a whole. This can be the case when theEstimation requirements derived from past values - e.g. due to structural changes in the Bundeswehr or lower damage - do not occur. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity summarized in the relevant subject lot (total of the number of pieces of theindividual supply numbers). Placing individual orders is not justified by this contract. The contract period begins when the contract is awarded and ends on December 31, 2025, optionally on December 31, 2026. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr, regardless of the legal reason, endst, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination.
