- The order includes factory repair services on heaters of the SPz Marder systemsinclude any additional requirements that may arise. The actual orders placed during the term of the contract may deviate with regard to the required quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a compartment lot and the compartment lot as a whole. This can be the case if theEstimation requirements derived from past values - e.g. due to structural changes in the Bundeswehr or lower damage - do not occur. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity combined in the relevant compartment lot (total of the number of piecesof the individual supply numbers). Placing individual orders is not justified by this contract. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on December 31, 2025, optionally on December 31, 2026. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr, regardless of the legal entityand ends, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination.
