- Lots: Fresh spinach, premium quality - freshly picked spinach leaves, healthy, clean, whole, unwilted, without yellowing, rot or signs of spoilage. The product must be free from mechanical damage, foreign impurities, mold and traces of pests. Availability foreign smell and taste are not allowed. The leaves are uniform, elastic, juicy, rich green in color, characteristic of this type of product. The smell and taste are characteristic of fresh spinach, without any foreign odors or tastes. The product must be safe for food consumption and comply with the requirements of current sanitary and hygienic norms and standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Marking and packaging Marking and packaging must comply with the requirements of ST RK. Spinach must be supplied in a clean, dry containers intended for food products and ensuring the preservation of product quality. The packaging must indicate: name of the product, grade, name of the manufacturer (supplier), date of collection (or date of sorting), shelf life and storage conditions. Accompanying documents The following accompanying documents, certified by the supplier's seal, must be provided for each supplied batch: certificate of conformity or declaration of conformity, quality certificate, certificate security and documents confirming the origin of the goods.
