- Description : This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Elevator and DumbwaiterMaintenance, Inspection, and Repair Services at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center(SQRC). The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the ServiceRate specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all materials, labor, tools,travel and per diem, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment and every otheritem of expense necessary to provide elevator maintenance, inspections, and repairs asspecified herein. Services shall be provided for all equipment listed on Exhibit A-1,Equipment list to include the seven (7) elevators and five (5) dumbwaiters located at theCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), San QuentinRehabilitation Center (SQRC), located at 100 Main Street, San Quentin, California 94964.
