Description:
Lots: Services for refilling cartridges - Remote receipt of digital signatures, support for working with the government procurement website, tax reporting website, statistical integrity, egov, Sono NP, ECCO programs, treasury-client, formatting and preparation of tokens. Technical maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, MFPs, copiers. Current repair of computers (system unit and (or) monitor, laptops, printers, MFPs, copiers, if necessary, at the request of the customer. Necessary parts, spare parts, materials are included in repair cost. Refilling/restoring cartridges at the customer's request, as well as unlocking cartridges or printers or replacing chips as needed. Toner, photodrum and other spare parts, chips, firmware and unlocking are included in the cost of refilling. The requirement is high-quality printing without dots, stripes and other defects. Printing at least 1500 A4 sheets before refilling the cartridge, after restoration at least 4 refills with unchanged print quality. If print quality does not improve after restoration, replace cartridge at the expense of the supplier. In case of repeated poor-quality refueling or restoration, the contract is terminated in court at the initiative of the Customer. Administration of a computer network (setting up security, access to computers and support uninterrupted operation of the local network, router and access point). Necessary parts, spare parts, materials are included in the cost of service.
