Lots: Services for refueling cartridges - Cartridge refueling (110 pieces, if necessary, and refueling at least 2 times a month): Requirement for the Contractor: - Twisted and restored cartridges must provide the resource of work, respectively, the new cartridge, high print quality (absencebackground, blots); Diagnosis for malfunctions and their elimination, replacing the necessary spare parts in order to improve the quality of print; - the number of copies of at least the resource of the new original cartridge; - replacement or refueling of the cartridge, cartridge prevention - is carried out within no more than 1working day from the date of filing a written or oral application of the customer (through e -mail and/or fax, orally (by phone)); - in the case of the provision/performance of the service by the Contractor of inadequate quality or if there are deficiencies, the customer has the right to demand from the Contractor by his choicegratuitous elimination of the shortcomings of the services rendered within a reasonable time, but not more than 2 business days. Related services: transportation of cartridges from the customer's office for refueling cartridges in the contractor and is carried out by the contractor. Service quality guaranteeing time: byRefueling cartridges - at least 1 month. The customer may terminate the contract if the quality and efficiency of the provision of services by the supplier will not comply with this technical specification.
