- The advertised service is a framework agreement from a surcharge over a term of 4 years with a minimum order of 2000 pieces. No acceptance guarantee is given for quantities that go beyond the minimum order quantity. The required amount of needs may be communicated to the contractor with a lead time of at least 3 months in addition to the minimum order quantity. The BWBM reserves the right to access the non -binding demands within the framework contract term at a different period of time than in Appendix 1 to the RV and according to size key. The offer price must be specified for the minimum order quantity. In addition, we ask you to submit relay prices and delivery times for possible additional requirements beyond the minimum amount, stating the minimum quantity to be taken into account: 200/600/1000 / piece
