- Lots: Coal for heating buildings (grade D): Total moisture no more than 10.92-16% - Ash content no more than 16.42-23.0% - Volatile matter release no more than 45%-49%. Mass fraction of total sulfur for dry fuel no more than 0.55-0.7% - Lower heating value of the worker fuel not less than 4450 Kcal/kg. Mass fraction of pieces size: no more than 300 mm. The product must meet the declared characteristics. All costs associated with delivery to the boiler house are borne by the supplier. Supply of coal at the Customer-s request before completion heating season, after application 16 calendar days or according to an agreed schedule.
