The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the city of Lubaczow, collected in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipalityLubaczow adopted by a resolution of the City Council in Lubaczow. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) collection from all
owners of real estate residing in the commune, generated and collected number of individual fractions
municipal waste: a) unsorted (mixed) wastemunicipal (waste code: 20 03 01),
accumulated in containers or bags. b) municipal waste accumulated in a selective way, in
containers or in bags, divided into 4 fractions, i.e. paper (designation: blue), plastics
and metals (designation: yellow), glass (designation: green),Bio -daddies (designation: brown), including: #
paper and cardboard packaging (waste code: 15 01 01), paper and cardboard (waste code: 20 01 01) - collected as
"paper" fraction; # Glass packaging (waste code: 15 01 07), glass (waste code: 20 01 02) - collected as
glass fraction; # PackagingPlastic (waste code: 15 01 02), metal packaging (waste code:
15 01 04), mixed packaging waste (waste code: 15 01 06), metals (waste code: 20 01 40) - collected
as a fraction "plastic and metals"; -biodegradable kitchen (waste code: 20 0108),
