- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in a way that ensures that the Nurzec-Stacja Commune achieves the required levels of recycling, preparation for reuse as follows:fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass in a given year of the agreement and the level of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste, at least in the amount applicable in a given year in accordance withnot a joke. 3b of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469) and the applicable regulation of the Minister of the Environment on the levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery of certain waste fractions by other methods municipal andachieving the level of reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill at the level specified in Article 3c of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and the applicable regulation of the Minister of the Environment on the levels of...
