- The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity with a distribution service for the needs of facilities owned by the Rzeszow Regional Development Agency S.A. up to 21 electricity consumption points ("PPE" for short). Projected demand for energy in the periodof the contract is: 2,179,702 kWh. The amount of demand for electricity is an estimate calculated on the basis of previous energy consumption, and developed for the purpose of comparing offers. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the volume of deliveries for poszspecific PPE. The characteristics of the distribution parameters together with the forecast of energy demand for individual PPEs are presented in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. Settlement of liabilities arising from the sale and distribution of electricitywill be based on the actual indications of the metering and billing systems. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract are specified in: Appendix 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the order and Appendix 3 to the ToR - Draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
