- Tenders are invited for Construction of 4 Star 200 Keys International Brand Hotel at Hill Firq, Nizwa, Sultanate of Oman. Those interested in participating may purchase the tender documents from the Fund's office located on 1st floor, Al Barakat Building (ROP Pension Fund Building), Building No.1617, Way No. 2726, Bank Al Markazi Street, Muttrah Business District, between 8:00am and 1:00pm on working days from (19/12/2021) onwards, against a non-refundable tender fee of RO. 500 per set. An unconditional tender bond or certified cheque from a licensed bank in the Sultanate, drawn in favour of His Excellency The Inspector General of Police and Customs — Chairman of the Fund, in the sum of 1% of the tender value, valid for a period of 60 days from the date of submission, must accompany the tender, failing which no tender will be accepted.
