Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.BREIF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, construction services for the retrofit of doors with wave to open door operators in the common areas and garbage chute rooms at various Housing York Inc. Sites in the Regional Municipality of York. For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.MANADATORY REQUIREMENTS:DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount generated on the Bidding Website in the Schedule of Prices and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix E and F SITE VISIT: Bidders are invited to attend a site visit / information meeting to be held on the date, time and place set out on the Bidding Website.
