- Kokonniemi Liikuntakeskus Oy asks candidates on behalf of the City of Porvoo to submit candidates for the main and architectural planning of the project in the title of the offer in accordance with the contract notice and the following documents. The offer includes the PS18 and ARK18 Task List for the projectThe tasks of C - K and the design program specifically specified according to the design program. Step 1: On the basis of the application for participation, 3-5 suppliers will be selected for negotiations based on quality scores. Step 2: Preliminary offers will be requested from the suppliers selected for the negotiations. ThatMore detailed negotiations with journalists are based on the preliminary offers. In the negotiations, suppliers are asked for views on the implementation of the assignment, workloads and resource needs, after which the subscriber requests the final tenders. Step 3: Final offers are scoredWith a price-quality score, the subscriber will make a procurement decision on a supplier who made the most economical bid and a separate procurement agreement will be drawn up for the commission. The subscriber reserves the right to make a procurement decision on the basis of preliminary offers without negotiationsimplementation.
