- The city of Schneverdingen intends for the renovation and renovation of the leisure meeting place (FZB), on the corner 2 in 29640 Schneverdingen, to write out the window and outdoor doors. The building has two building bodies in the stock, each with a full floor (civil hall area778 m2, youth area 881 m2) in massive construction. The renovation and conversion of the two parts of the building are planned for the construction work. An intermediate building in which the multi -generation house is moving in is intended to combine the two buildings. The building is not basement and in oneconstructed the supporting grid of approx. 7.50 m. The building is partly equipped with underfloor heating. The attic of the buildings is not expanded. The supporting structure consists of masonry and roof beams made of softwood, the building is stored from the outside.
