Dear Sir/Madame,The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) is announcing competitive bidding for the Production and supply of branded products for UNDPIt was agreed by UNDP Kazakhstan to conclude long-term contracts for the provision of services of production andsupply of branded products for a maximum period of three (3) years. The three successful companies shall be contracted for an initial period of one year, and the contract shall be renewable upon documented satisfactory performance for additional two (1+1) years. The planned budget for three years is180.000 USD. Ceiling amount will be divided equally among winners. For each UNDP request, a secondary bidding process will be held among the long-term contract holders. In secondary bidding, the price may not exceed the maximum amount per unit set by the supplier but may be lower. If the technicalrequirements are met, the offer with the lowest price wins. A long-term contract does not guarantee the volume of implementation by UNDP.Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available userguide.
