- The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent markets and the issue of purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices. Current maintenance work of Road heritage (excluding ingredient) of the Corsican community. This framework agreement derogates from the principle of exclusivity. The contracting authority reserves the right, throughout the duration of the framework agreement to use third parties for the same needs as those covered by this framework agreement in the Following situations: - In the event of low -imported work orders, the amount of which is less than 15,000 euros excl. Tax, the public buyer reserves the right to request several companies for the completion of this work, within the limit of a total annual amount not exceeding not 10% of the maximum annual amount provided for in this framework agreement; - If it is impossible to perform the services by holders, for the sake of continuity of public service. It must be understood by impossibility of performing the services, any difficulty encountered by the holders Unable to meet the needs formulated by the contracting authority.
