- The subject of the public contract is the delivery of 37 articulated low -floor buses and the conclusion of the contract for ensuring a guarantee, extra -warranty and post -warranty service, which the supplier undertakes to provide the contracting authority, retirement and post -warranty services in relation to buses delivered under the purchase contract closed with one party to the tender. All buses must have the technical properties set out in the technical specification listed in the Annex to the ZD Annex - a list of requirements for the supply of joint low -floor buses.
