- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new 9-seater passenger car adapted to transport one person in a wheelchair. 2. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts, it constitutes one indivisible part to be completed as onej public procurement contract. Dividing the contract into parts would lead to excessive technical difficulties or excessive costs of contract execution, or the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the contract could seriously threaten the proper performance of the contract., 3.
