- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the procedure is the award of an order for the supply of the first investment equipment - computer and office equipment as well as RTV and audio equipment for the needs of the hospital ward and the admission room located on the first floor and ground floor of the building.No. 102 of the Clinical Hospital. Dr. J. Babiskiego SP ZOZ in Krakow, in the scope of: - Package I Computer and office equipment, 1st floor (Appendix No. 1.1 to SWZ), which is also the price form., 2. The subject of the order will be implemented based on the Ordering Party's guidelines specified in the detaileddescription of the equipment - Excerpt from the documentation entitled: Design documentation of the equipment, Detailed description of the equipment, Clinical Hospital of Dr. J. Babiski SPZOZ in Krakow, building no. 102, 1st floor and rooms of the Admission Room designed by Biuro Projektw Piotr Wolarek with headquarters in Krakow, which is an attachmentto this SWZ. Moreover, the subject of the order will be completed in accordance with the requirements and arrangements with the Ordering Party, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
