- The subject of the contract is the supply of computer hardware for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The Ordering Party divided the order into 3 lots: Lot 1 Delivery of 1 high-performance desktop computer for molecular dynamics calculations for KMOE. Part 2D2 pcs of notebook computers with accessories for KSA. Part 3 Delivery of 1 pc of a laptop computer for KSME. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope in individual parts is specified in Appendix No. 4I-III to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter: SWZ) and in the formsspecifications constituting Appendix No. 2I-III to the ToR. The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of workmanship and functionality, free from material and construction defects, without prior use and cannot berzedmiotem praw osob trzecich.
