- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of experimental sets intended for didactic purposes:
1) complete experimental set: magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) - 1 item
2) Complete experimental set: Computer ultrasonic tomography - 1pc.
3) complete set Experimental: ultrasonic tests on the breast model - 1 pc.
4) Complete experimental set: Dopplerowska Sonography - 1pc.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ -"Description of the subject of the contract" and the contract template constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
3. Purchase is implemented as part of the project called "Career Wizard-Build your professional future from the Jagiellonian University in Kielce", co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (EFS+) on the basis of contract No. Fers.01.05-IP.08-0256/23-00 concluded with the National Center for Research and Development.

5. The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers.
6. The appointment does not allow the submission of variant offers.
7. The landlord does not provide for the awarding of orders about which Speech in art. 214 para. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
8. Imported warranty period: 24 months.
9. IMPORTANTS minimal warranty period: 24 months.
Note: The warranty period is one of the offers for evaluation of offers. Offering a shorter warranty period than the minimum required- will cause rejection Offers.
