- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of light fuel oil in accordance with the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard during the 2023-2024 heating season for an estimated amount of approximately 40,000 liters to the following facilities: 1) Private Health Care Facility in Tarowie, ul. Sandomierka 72, 27-515 Tar4, 2) Library. Cultural Center in Tarowo ul. Kleparz 1, 27-515 Tarw, 2. Oil deliveries will be made successively for the period from October 16, 2023. until June 30, 2024 The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or reduce the quantity of deliveries in relation to the estimated demand specifiedo in the SWZ in the event of circumstances over which the Ordering Party has no influence, e.g. unfavorable weather conditions. If the quantity of oil purchased is smaller or larger than the estimated quantity specified above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims. It is assumed that fuel oil will be deliveredon working days. However, it cannot be ruled out that the oil will have to be delivered on a public holiday.
