- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: purchase together with delivery, unloading and bringing to the Ordering Party's warehouse the following assortment divided into 10 parts: Part No. 1 Purchase of photocopier paper, 1) Office supplies are listed in the Price Form and in contract template., 2) Dthe delivered goods must meet all parameters, be brand new and free from defects and have intact features of the original packaging. 3) The Contractor undertakes to deliver new materials, in the first category and unused materials in original collective packaging with a clear description - characteristicsgoods with the indication of the manufacturer. 4) The contractor is responsible for the quality and compliance of the goods with the technical and quality conditions specified for the subject of the contract. Due diligence is required when fulfilling the obligations arising from the contract. 5) The subject of the order must meet specific requirementsincluded in the Polish Standards transposing European harmonized standards. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the contract template, Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, and the price form (Annex 1a), which constitute an integral part of the Specification of Order Conditions.
