The subject of the contract was divided into 17 parts/packages, the 2. -charged description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1a to SWZ. The submitted offers must include the full scope of the subject of the order in the scope of the package.
3. The object and conditions for the implementation of this contract should be in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2017/745 of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or the regulation of the European ParliamentCouncil (EU) 2017/746 of April 5, 2017 on medical devices for in vitro diagnostics (if concerned) and with other applicable right provisions in this respect, if the offered object is a medical device.
