- The Ministry of Defense announces a public procurement on the grounds of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 and para. 2, Art. 20, para. 1, item 1,
letter "b", Art. 73, para. 1, Art. 81, para. 1 and Art. 82, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) for the conclusion of
framework agreements for the delivery of tents for the Bulgarian army (BA),Modular type without air -conditioning systems by
separate positions as follows:
1. Lot # 1 - delivery of tents for BA, modular type with pneumatic structure, without climatic
system - 300, in accordance with the requirements of TC G 87.4809.24 and the contracting authority;
2. Lot 2 - Delivery of tentsFor BA, modular type with lightweight (metal) construction, without
air conditioning system- 700, in accordance with the requirements of TC G 87.4808.24 and the contracting authority.of the contracting authority.
Note: The training is carried out once, after delivery under a first specific contract to a framework agreement.Competitive selection.
