Ekibastuz, Mardenova Boulevard, 7 2. Ekibastuz, st. Koroleva, 82/2 3. Sports and recreation center, Shiderty village, st. Bogenbay Batyr, 2 2. Basis and regulatory requirements Services must be provided in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including: - Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On architectural, urban planning and construction activities; -current building codes and regulations (SN RK, SP RK); sanitary norms and rules; -regulatory requirements for adaptation of buildings and premises for citizens with disabilities; -the current cost estimate and regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of pricing in construction. 3. Purpose of the purchase Determination of the reliable estimated cost of current repairs of buildings for the subsequent adaptation of premises for citizens with disabilities, as well as identifying and documenting existing defects in buildings. 4. Scope and content of services The potential supplier is obliged to: 4.1. Conduct on-site inspections of facilities; 4.2. Draw up a defect report on current repairs of each building, indicating identified defects, deterioration of structures, the volume of necessary work and recommendations for their elimination; 4.3.
