Ekibastuz, Mardenova Boulevard, 7 2.g. Ekibastuz, st. Koroleva, 82/2 3.FOC, Shiderty village, st. Bogenbai Batyr, 2 4. Sports and recreation center, Solnechny settlement, st. Abaya, 1 2. Basis and regulatory requirements Services must be provided in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including: - Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on architectural, urban planning and construction activities; -current building codes and regulations (SN RK, SP RK); - sanitary norms and rules; -requirements on ventilation and ensuring standard parameters of the microclimate of sports premises; -the current cost estimate and regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of pricing in construction. 3. Purpose of the purchase Determination of the reliable estimated cost of modernization and/or current repair of ventilation systems of sports halls for the subsequent implementation of construction and installation works. 4. Scope and content of services The potential supplier is obliged to: 4.1. Conduct on-site inspections of facilities. 4.2. Draw up a defect report on current repair of the ventilation system for each facility, indicating identified faults, wear and tear of equipment, the scope of necessary work and recommendations for eliminating defects. 4.3.
