- The services relate to the distribution in mailboxes, under the fixed part, of a community magazine, whose publication is scheduled for July 2025 and, under the order in order orders, one or more community magazines, the publication of which is envisagedSemi -annually, over a period of 18 months. The market is considered, within the meaning of the R2162-2 articles paragraph 2, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code, such as a mono-attribute framework agreement executing in part by the emission of purchase orders with theholder, as the needs appear. This framework agreement is broken down into two parts: a fixed part at unit prices and a part executing by means of order orders. The framework agreement relates, under the fixed part, on the distribution in mailboxes of 61000 copies of the community magazine scheduled for July 2025. As part of the order formal order, additional services (distribution in mailboxes of one or more community magazines) will be remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of prices of the prices ofUnit price slip (BPU) concerning the order for order orders. These services are likely to vary, over the duration of the framework agreement, or 18 months, within the following limits: minimum amount: no minimum amount, maximum amount: 39,000 euros (s)HT.
