- Lots: Electric-welded pipe, straight-seam, steel, steel 20, outer diameter 76 mm, wall thickness 4.0 mm. Pipe production 2026. For shipped pipes, the supplier is obliged to provide a quality document (certificate) certifying the conformity of the pipes requirements of GOST, indicating: - the nominal size of the pipes - the steel grade or its symbol - the pipe manufacturer, the number of technical conditions according to which the pipes were manufactured, the numbers of heats or batches and the numbers of pipes included in them, the results mechanical tests of the base metal and welded joint, chemical composition of the steel according to the data of the enterprise, metal supplier or analysis of the pipe supplier-s plant. Pipes must be the same size, same steel grade and same manufacturing group and be accompanied by one quality document in accordance with GOST 10705-80 or 10704-91. Cracks, films, cavities, delaminations and sunsets on the surface of pipes are not allowed. Minor jagged marks, nicks, ripples, dents, small scratches, a thin layer of scale, traces of stripping and Welding of defects is not allowed. Surface defects of the weld metal in the form of pores, cavities, cracks, fistulas and other defects that reduce the density and strength of the weld metal below the level of the base metal are not allowed. The goods after delivery will be undergo examination at the expense of the supplier. The pipe must be new.
