• Description:
• Lots: Electric-welded pipe, straight-seam, steel, steel 20, outer diameter 114 mm, wall thickness 4.0 mm. GOST 10705-80 or 10704-91 Pipe production in 2026. For shipped pipes, the supplier is obliged to provide a quality document (certificate), certifying the compliance of pipes with GOST requirements, indicating: - the nominal size of the pipes - the steel grade or its symbol - the pipe manufacturer, the number of technical conditions according to which the pipes were manufactured, the numbers of heats or batches and those included in including pipe numbers, results of mechanical tests of the base metal and welded joint, chemical composition of steel according to the data of the enterprise, metal supplier or analysis of the pipe supplier-s plant. The pipes must be the same size, the same grade of steel and the same manufacturing group and accompanied by one quality document in accordance with GOST 10705-80 or 10704-91. Cracks, films, cavities, delaminations and sunsets on the surface of pipes are not allowed, minor nicks, nicks, ripples, dents, small scratches, thin layer scale, traces of stripping and welding defects are not allowed. Surface defects of the weld metal in the form of pores, cavities, cracks, fistulas and other defects that reduce the density and strength of the weld metal below the level of the base metal are not allowed, Goods after delivery the supplier will undergo examination at the supplier's expense. The pipe must be new.
