Description:
Tenders are invited for Event management services in Kazakhstan Accommodation - Accommodation for participants and contributors in standard class single rooms in the selected event places (breakfast and WI-FI included); - Ensuring security protocols agreed with the Council of Europe Secretariat are respected for every accommodation arrangement. Accommodation may be requested in any city and region in Kazakhstan. The precise requirements shall be stipulated during the call-off procedure. • Catering - Organizing and/or providing catering services for lunches, coffee breaks and/or dinners, including waiter/waitress services; Catering may be requested mainly in Astana and Almaty. The Council reserves the right to request catering in other cities of Kazakhstan if need be. The precise requirements shall be stipulated during the call-off procedure. The selected Provider shall ensure that food safety and hygiene standards required by national legislation are strictly followed. • Transfer/transport services - Organizing and/or providing transport services, including international and domestic flights as well as travel by car/bus/train. - Organizing and/or providing in-city transfer services including airport transfers (all costs should be included: petrol, highway tolls and parking); - Ensuring vehicles are properly serviced and fully compliant with security requirements described below; - Ensuring drivers and all other service staff are properly vetted, trained, and provided with all relevant instructions; - Ensuring that security protocols are in place and respected for every journey in compliance with security protocols agreed with the Council of Europe Secretariat.
