- This consultation relates to the exploitation, maintenance and continuous improvement of thermal installations and ventilation of the communal buildings of the city of Bouguenais.
01: All of the installations, excluding wall boilers whose power is less than or equal to 30 kw
Present consultation relates to the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of thermal installations and ventilation of the municipal buildings of the city of Bouguenais.
It is, in part (P5), a framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator fixing all theContractual stipulations, in accordance with articles R2162-1 et seq. Of the aforementioned code, and executed as the order form is issued under the conditions set out in articles R2162-13 et seq. Of the same code.
This framework agreement with order pleaswith order orders and for each of the 2 periods a maximum amount of 50,000 euros HT
as part of its P2 Driving and Small Maintenance Services, the holder will be responsible for driving, maintenance, maintenance and monitoring of thermal installations andVentilation, including any equipment by ensuring the safety of the installations (e.g. lifting pump, flood probe, technical alarms, ...).
