Dismantling a fire extinguisher. β’ Depressurization. Audit locking and starting device (ZPU). Elimination of deformation of the gearbox mechanism. Replacing the valve insert. β’ Blowing out the siphon tube. β’ Replacing the mass of fire extinguishing filler FOSKON - 430. β’ Connecting the ZPU with the siphon tube and with the neck of the fire extinguisher body. β’ Injection to operating pressure Π rab - 1.7 MPa (17 kgf/cm2). Checking the thread connection: seal in the neck, control pressure gauge in the seal for leaks. β’ Sanitary treatment of the fire extinguisher body, working hose with barrel. β’ Sealed fitting connection working hose with a barrel, with a seal, sealed along the thread with a specialized sealing tape. β’ Certification and sealing of the fire extinguisher. β’ Transport of fire extinguishers for refilling by the supplier Quantity: OP4-4 pieces, OP5-6 pieces
