Fire extinguishers. Requirements for operation. Technical regulations Requirements for the safety of fire equipment for the protection of facilities (Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 438 dated June 23, 2017) 2. Scope and content of the service The Contractor is obliged to complete the complex services for the inspection of fire extinguishers in buildings and adjacent facilities on the territory of the Balkhash Medical and Health Complex, namely: Visual inspection of the body and components (corrosion, dents, cracks, tightness, condition of the pressure gauge, seals, hose, levers). Checking the installation location and accessibility of fire extinguishers. Control of mass and pressure, checking for leakage of the working substance. Recharge or refuel with fire extinguishing agent if necessary. Replacement of faulty components (pressure gauge, valve, hose, seal). Carrying out tests after recharging. Marking and sealing indicating the date of the next survey. Entering data into the maintenance log and issuing a certificate of completion of work. Providing transportation of fire extinguishers (if necessary). 3. Frequency: Annual - full maintenance and (if necessary) recharging. 4.
