Lots: Sour cream 15% fat. Natural sour cream is made from cow's milk, made from pasteurized cream fermented with specially selected sourdough. Sour cream has a taste without foreign tastes and odors, moderately thick, homogeneous, without grains of fat and the squirrel, glossy in appearance. The product should not contain: emulsifiers and stabilizers. Taste and smell: pure, fermented milk, with a pronounced taste and aroma. The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery must be at least 72 hours. The product must be packaged in clean containers - plastic containers weighing no less than 400 grams and no more than 500 grams. The container must be clean and free of contamination from the inside and outside. Products must be supplied fresh, not frozen, no ice. GOST 31452-2012 | Hard cream cheese - made from cow's milk with a fat content (40% - 50%). Main characteristics Ingredients: Cow's milk, milk fats, starter cultures, salt. May contain stabilizers. Texture: Moderately dense to dense, delicate, smooth, creamy, moderately soft. Taste and aroma: Pronounced cheese taste with notes of fresh cream, moderately salty, without bitterness.
