Lots: Requirements for goods: Fresh garlic, selected variety, whole, clean, healthy, without excessive external moisture. The presence of live agricultural pests, bulbs damaged by agricultural pests, frostbitten, with sunburned, rotten and spoiled. Goods must comply with the requirements of national standards, and in the absence of them, interstate standards for purchased goods (GOST 33562-2015). Requirement for the Supplier; The supplier undertakes to by forces and at its own expense to deliver goods, unload and deliver through a separate entrance allocated by the Customer specifically for the specified purposes. Guarantee the quality and reliability of the goods supplied, and in case of delivery of low-quality goods, or with expired, the Supplier must replace them within one business day. The supplier is obliged to provide documents (certificates) confirming the compliance of the supplied goods with the requirements established by technical regulations and standards or other documents in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All goods supplied by the Supplier must have certificates of conformity, sanitary and epidemiological conclusions and other documents stipulated by the rules and regulations certifying them origin, quality and expiration dates.
