Description:
Lots: Beef - Beef meat. Fresh. Category I meat. Rear end. Chopped. The meat is dense. The color is red, the fat layers are white, cream or yellow. The appearance of the meat is dry, and the meat juice released in the cut is transparent. The smell of meat is natural, without impurities and extraneous bad connotations. The meat is well bled, the consistency of the fat is dense and not sticky. The crust on the meat is thin, pale pink or reddish in color. Transportation of goods must be carried out on specially designed and (or) equipped for the transportation of the specified category of food products, vehicles with a sanitary passport issued in the prescribed manner. The Supplier must provide packaging for the goods that can prevent them from being damaged or deteriorated during transportation time to the final destination. The packaging must withstand, without limitation, intensive handling and exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation during transport and open storage. Availability The driver and loader must have health records. When delivering meat, the Supplier must present a Veterinary Certificate. Appropriate stamps and marks are applied on animal carcasses with indelible ink. Beef meat category 1, supplied by preliminary application of the Customer to the Customer's warehouse.
